All sales are final. NOT PHONE™ is a handcrafted object, manufactured to order. Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at reality@os-reality.com with photographic evidence. Brass will naturally change color over time. This is not a defect — it is the object fulfilling its purpose.

Minor surface variations inherent to the handcrafting process are not considered defects. Each NOT PHONE™ is unique.
