All sales are final. NOT PHONE™ is a handcrafted object manufactured to order. Returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

NOT PHONE™ is solid brass. It will naturally change color over time. This is not a defect — it is the object fulfilling its purpose.

Orders are processed and shipped from Japan. International shipping times may vary.

OS : REALITY reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
