A solid brass object, machined in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan. It has the shape of a phone. It has none of its functions. NOT PHONE™ is a conceptual desk object machined from C2801 solid brass, with no screen, battery, or digital function. It weighs approximately 550g.

Nothing. That is the function. NOT PHONE™ has no display, no connectivity, and no notifications. It performs no digital task. It exists as a physical, non-functional counterpart to a smartphone.

By hand, in a town that has shaped metal for four hundred years. Made to order. Individually engraved. Never reissued. Material: C2801 solid brass. Dimensions: 138 × 67 × 7 mm.
