All orders are shipped from Tokai, Aichi, Japan via DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• UAE: 3–7 business days

All items are carefully packaged by hand. Each NOT PHONE™ is inspected before shipment.

Shipping is free worldwide. Duties and taxes are included (DDP).

NOT PHONE™ is made to order. Orders ship within 30 days of order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
