TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing from OS : REALITY, you agree to the following terms.

1. SELLER
OS : REALITY is operated by Toei-Sangyo Co., Ltd., Tokai-shi, Aichi, Japan.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
NOT PHONE™ Classic. is a handcrafted object, individually engraved and manufactured to order. Prices are displayed on each product page and may differ by region and currency.

3. PAYMENT
Payment is charged at the time of order and is processed securely by Shopify Payments.

4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because each piece is made to order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations after production has begun are not accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage in transit. To report a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at reality@os-reality.com with photographic evidence. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. MATERIAL AND FINISH
NOT PHONE™ Classic. is solid brass. It will naturally change color over time. This is not a defect — it is the object fulfilling its purpose. Minor surface variations inherent to the handcrafting process are not considered defects.

6. SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped from Japan. Shipping is free worldwide, and duties and taxes are included (DDP). Because each piece is made to order, orders ship within approximately 40 days of order confirmation. International shipping times may vary. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION BY US
OS : REALITY reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If we cancel an order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, OS : REALITY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS
These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court.
